Creating an E-commerce Facility
An internet merchant account, shopping cart and payment service provider are all required to set
up an internet store with an e-commerce facility. When combined, these elements will enable you
to sell products or services over the internet, from within your website, by accepting on-line card
payments.

Website Hosting £100 per year per domain name
Your website will be backed-up on a daily basis and held on a combination of powerful IBM
servers, with an impressive communications and security infrastructure. This provides a first class
solution to all of our clients hosting needs and ensures optimal speed and reliability.

We use an ever increasing number of servers of which the current specification is as follows:
a. IBM Netfinity 4500R b. Twin Pentium 733Mhz c. 1 GB RAM d. 3x18 GB Raid 5 Hard disks

These servers are currently housed in the London Internet Exchange (LINX), the core backbone of
the UK's Internet with over 2.4Gbps of aggregate network capacity in the UK. This comprises a
155Mbps network backbone with direct connections to one of the most extensive networks of points
of presence serving the UK.

Personal Control Panel £50 per year
This provides comprehensive Graphical Site Stats, Email Setup and Email Forwarding.
It also includes automated virus scanning of all the emails sent directly from your website.

Search Engine Submission or Management
Basic one-off Search Engine Submission £120 as detailed below
This is a one-off submission to two directories and four search engines.
It does not include the fees charged by the search engines.

Dedicated Weekly Search Engine Management £480 per year
(Payable as one full amount, or 12 monthly direct debit payments of £40)
For precise and dedicated search engine management, we will manually perform searches,
insert specific keywords and further enhance your website, by using tagged links and images.
This option is recommended for optimum search results.
